Currently, you can choose between 7 ticket types in Billetto.
You can update / edit / change your ticket types on each event by visiting:
- Click on My Events on the top bar;
- Find the event you want to update/edit and click Edit;
- On this page, you can then access all your ticket types;
- Remember to Save/Publish when done.
- Paid ticket. The standard ticket or general admission ticket that your guest pays for. You can enter the price and the number of tickets available. If you click on the gearwheel on the right-hand side, you can choose for the Billetto ticket fee to be included in the price or added to the ticket price. The ticket fee is always charged for this ticket type.
- Donation. If you're organising a charity event, you might want to collect the donation money before the event begins. Your guest chooses the amount to donate when they check out. The Billetto ticket fee applies to this ticket, and you can choose if the fee is included in the amount your guest donates or is added on top of the donation.
If you want to set a particular donation amount for the event, you can choose the "Paid Ticket" version instead and re-name it into a "Donation".
If you are running a charity event, see here for a charity/NGO discount rate - Sign up. Use this option if you're not selling the tickets to your event, but you want to have an approximate number for your guests or you want to collect any extra information about your guests. This option doesn't require a ticket fee.
- Free ticket. Use this option if you're running a free event, but you want your guests to get tickets in order to check-in or to limit the number of people attending your event. This option doesn't require a ticket fee.
- Voucher. This is an option for the additional services like food & drink that your guests can get at the event. The ticket fee is always charged for this ticket type, however, you can choose if the ticket fee is included in the ticket price or is added on top of it.
- Merchandise. You can add an option to purchase merchandise like T-shirts, booklets, or any extra merchandise you're planning to offer at the event. The ticket fee is always charged for this ticket type, however, you can choose if the ticket fee is included in the ticket price or is added on top of it.
- Box Office Collection. If you have your own ticket office but want to have an option to sell tickets online, you can use this option. Your guests won't get a Billetto ticket sent to them, instead, they will collect it at your event. The ticket fee is always charged for this ticket type, however, you can choose if the ticket fee is included in the ticket price or is added on top of it.
