How can I change my account email address?

On Billetto there are two email addresses associated to your account, the Login account email and your public email address.  To change your login email: 

  1. Navigate to "Your name" in the top right then click on "Profile Overview" 
  2. Then Click on "Personal settings"
  3. Here, you can edit the personal email address that you use to log in to Billetto. 
  4. You will be prompted to confirm your intent with a password.  


After that, you should click on Public profile, where you can also update your email address. This is your forward facing e-mail address. Click Update profile to save the change.


Note: If an account already exists with the email address you are attempting to change to, an error message will be generated and your attempted change will be unsuccessful.
