Note: Due to the development of the coronavirus COVID-19 situation, our Finance department is currently handling an increased number of requests. In order to make sure that everything is handled correctly, all payments of revenue from your ticket sales will be processed within 9-12 working days after your event has been completed.
To pay out your event Billetto need your bank details. Event Payouts are usually paid out on Mondays or Thursdays, and 9-12 working days after the event.
To add or update your bank details, simply log in to your Billetto account and
- Click on your Profile Picture in the Top right
- Click "My Account"
- On the left side click on Payments
- Then click on Bank Details
- Add or edit Bank information
- Click on "Update your banking information"
Afterwards you can either "Go back to edit" your information or "Confirm and update bank settings" by pressing the respective button
Note: if you have not published an event yet, you won't be able to see the Account Overview as this is limited to organiser profiles.
