I have not received my refund, what should I do?

Refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account, so if you're checking before this time then it is most likely the case that your money is still working its way back through the ether to get to you. 


If it is now more than 5 working days since your refund should have been processed, then just double check your bank account going as far back in your statement as your original purchase, as many banks group refunds with original purchases. 


You should also be aware, that unless otherwise specified, your refund will not include booking and online card transaction fees or any additional services you may have included in your original purchase, such as Booking Protection or SMS confirmation.
