In some cases to refund an order for an event, usually if an order is over 1 years old it is required for us to make a manual bank transfer. This will require you to securely store your bank details on our website.
To add or update your bank details, simply log in to your Billetto account and
- Click Menu
- Then select My Data
- Then click on Bank Details
- Add or edit Bank information
- Click on "Update your banking information"
