Billetto provides a wealth of information about your Events, ticket sales and audience. When making a ticket purchase consent is given to pass on the Order information to the Organiser.
- Click on My Events on the top bar
- Find the event you wish and click Manage
- On the left handside either choose Sales or Audience Insights or within Attendees Manage Orders/Tickets
Additionally if you wish to see individual ticket sales you can do this by going to Attendees on the left hand side and then clicking on Manage Tickets. Booking questions can be found in Guestlist reports.
Sales Page
Here you can see how much revenue your tickets have generated, the breakdown of different ticket types sold and sales over time. We have a collection of graphs and stats on the page.
Audience Insights
Here you can see a breakdown of how many people have viewed your event page, where they came from (referral) and geographical data.
Manage Orders/Tickets
On these pages within Attendees you can see the order/ticket information for your attendees.
