I've purchased Refund Insurance. Can I use it?

I have a question or would like a refund for a non-cancelled event. What should I do?

We suggest reaching out directly to the event’s organiser. You can find the contact form on the event page and in the confirmation email, we’ve sent when you purchased the tickets. 

What happens if an event is cancelled?

You will automatically get the ticket price refunded for any cancelled events. Please note that this does not include any additional fees or services and may take up to 21 days to be returned to your account.
