How can I connect a thermo printer to my Box Office?
Connect receipt printer to iPad
- Connect the printer to a power;
- Turn on the printer on the right side;
- At the back of the printer, hold in the red button until you see the green light blink once;
- Let go of the red button and make sure the green light is still blinking;
- Go to Settings on your iPad;
- Go to Bluetooth;
- Connect to the printer.
Enable receipt printer
- Open Billetto Event Manager app on iPad;
- Click on Enter organiser key;
- Write organiser key and terminal name;
- Click Login;
- Choose event;
- Choose Settings;
- Enable printer for the till by sliding to green.
Enable custom text on a ticket (from receipt printer)
- Open Billetto Event Manager app on iPad;
- Click on Enter organiser key;
- Write organiser key and terminal name;
- Click Login;
- Choose event;
- Choose Settings;
- Enter text in the Receipt header text box if needed on the ticket.
NOTE: we currently only support the Thermo printer TSP654IIBI Bluetooth.
