This is how Billetto's ticket layout looks like when a ticket buyer have made a purchase and received the ticket as a attached PDF file in the order confirmation email:
How much information showing on the ticket depends on event set up and what information you provided creating the event. The information on the ticket is divided into three blocks:
Top block: The top section includes the main ticket information such as
-Event name (max 75 characters), Ticket name (max 50 characters), Ticket group name (if it is used - max 50 characters)
- Adress
- Start and end date +Start and end time
- Who is the organiser and logo (if added on public profile page)
- Name of the ticket holder
- Price of the ticket
- Barcode
- Order ID
- Ticket description (if added on the ticket section when creating the event)
- And a big QR code + barcode in the middle of the block, to make it easy to scan
if you have a seated event, seat number/ row number / category and section will be presented right top corner, please scroll further down on this page to see a template.
Middle block: In the middle of the ticket, there are clickable links to App store and Google play to the left, where the ticket buyer can download the Billetto App and easily access the ticket there. If the ticket buyer uses Apple wallet, they can easily click the icon and collect their ticket in the wallet.
Bottom block:
In the bottom of the ticket, you as organiser can use this space uploading two banners for branding, information and more.You can for example upload your logo, an inspiring picture, sponsor image or what you think can express a feeling or you brand behind the event.
