The event I want to attend is free. Do I still need a ticket?

If the organiser has created an event with free tickets, you'll need to book a ticket in the same way as you would for a regular ticket. Please note that a platform fee may apply, even if the ticket itself is free.

Once your booking is complete, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your ticket attached.

If the organiser has set up a registration instead of tickets, you'll still need to complete the process in the same way as you would for a regular ticket booking.

In this case, you'll receive an order confirmation email with an Order ID, but no ticket will be attached.
