Paypal on Billetto

Paypal is automatically activated for your events to ensure that your ticket buyers are offered all popular payment methods when buying tickets. You are able to disable this payment option either on the event level or the account level (more information below).

Paypal as a payment provider has a fee per order which will be charged to you the organiser.

4.25 % + £0.22 per order (UK) Ex VAt

4.25% + €0.37 per order (EUR)

You can see your fees under the Sales overview at your event. Instructions below:

Find your event under My events;
Click Manage;
Under Sales overview, you can see Transaction costs.

To disable Paypal as a payment method for an individual event:

Go to your event under My events;
Click Manage on the current event;
Click Design & Customisation in the menu on the left;
Click Payment method;
Disable Payments with Paypal.

To disable Paypal as a payment method for your entire account:

Click on Menu then Account;
In the submenu select Payment Methods;
Disable Payments with Paypal.
