So, what’s new?
Calendar > My events
That’s right! You have suggested this, and we have finally changed the top navigation to “My events” instead of “Calendar”. Your events are safe and sound - it’s essentially the same good old place to find them at.
We’ve made some name changes to the features in the left-side panel navigation. Here’s the breakdown:
Dashboard (formerly “Sales”) features:
Sales overview (previously “Overview”)
this is where you will find your ticket sales numbers & sign up for daily sales reports.
Audience insights (previously “Insights”)
check this section for a detailed breakdown of who your ticket buyers are and where they come from.
Marketing (formerly “Pre-event”) features:
a guide for sharing your event with your guests.
add access codes to your tickets.
generate free tickets to give away.
Attendees (formerly “Check-in”) features:
Manage orders (previously “Orders”)
check the orders, request refunds, and resend tickets to guests.
Download guest list (previously “Guest lists”)
download your guest list in a selection of formats.
Ticket scanning & door sales (previously “Event Manager”)
set up a till for selling tickets at the door or download the ticket scanning app.
Check-in status (previously “Overview)
keep an eye on the live check-in status at your event.
Custom settings features:
Booking questions (previously “Custom fields”)
add questions to the ticket purchase form.
Capacity (previously “Total Capacity”)
set a maximum capacity for the venue.
add speakers & notable performers to your event.
