Previously, some of our sporting and theatre events had seated tickets. We’ve now launched this feature for all organisers!
You can create and save a seating chart, connect it to a new event, and let ticket buyers select their preferred seats.
Seating charts can be created on the Venue page within your Account. If you have any questions, send a message to our support team
Campaigns go beyond simple access codes and put you in the driver’s seat. You can set up rules to automatically unlock special tickets and discounts based on certain conditions. These include the amount of tickets bought, purchase time, sales channel, and more.

This feature allows you to upload a list of codes or customers in order to unlock discounts, tickets, or seats. It ties directly into the “Seated Events” and “Campaigns” features.
In the future, we expect to launch more advanced, automated “Target Groups” that let you offer loyalty discounts and more.
We’ve expanded “Audience Insights” to provide even more data. You can now:
- See the traffic to your event page, in addition to ticket sales.
- Get a breakdown of channels that drive traffic to your event page:
- Social media
- Other campaigns
