In the last quarter of 2022, our focus has been on implementing improvements to already existing functions to optimise the time spent on creating events, buying tickets, managing memberships, and activating your followers.
Since we released the new event creation process, we have collected feedback from you on how it could be further optimised. We have taken that feedback and implemented it on our platform to make you, as organisers, experience even better.
When a discount/access code is associated with the ticket type, a key appears next to it instead of a ticket icon.
When a customised sales period is associated with the ticket type, a clock is now displayed next to it instead of a ticket icon.
It is now possible to move ungrouped tickets above a ticket group.
It is possible to leave ticket groups closed as a standard function. This option can be found under the advanced settings for the ticket group.
We have improved which information, features, and campaigns are transferred to all child events of the parent event.
A picture says more than 1000 words. Now you must have a picture of your event in order to publish it. If you are not sure about the event banner size, please consult our help center.
The buying experience
We have also optimised and improved the entire purchase flow from when the ticket buyers click to find tickets to when they complete the payment.
The order confirmation page has had a slight makeover and has more information and functionality than before which is useful for all ticket buyers.
Introducing - Memberships
We have now released a memberships event feature for all organisers! Choose one of the membership options below:
- Monthly automatic memberships. The membership is automatically renewed each month until the member cancels the subscription.
- One-off paid memberships. The member will pay a membership fee which will not be renewed automatically. Therefore, you will have to reach out to the members to renew their subscriptions.
- Annual automatic memberships. This membership type allows you to sell yearly subscriptions, as well as have them automatically renewed each year.
This function must be requested from our support team as it is not activated for everyone.

If you have Billetto Advertising enabled for your account, all your followers will be notified about each and every new event that you post on Billetto.
