Here you can manage attendees, financials, and your team on account level
Attendees:
You can manage the following at the account level: Orders, Tickets, Memberships, Expirable orders, and Community.
Finance
Events:Here you can find an overview of all your events regarding revenue, ticket sales, top events, and order status
Membership: Here you get an overview of total membership orders, active memberships, total charges, successful charges, and forecast charges.
Gift Card: Here you get an overview of the total value of all gift cards, the remaining value of all gift cards, and the total number of gift cards sold. Here you can also visit your Gift Up! dashboard.
Reports: Here you get an overview of the reports you can download at the account level, including Time-based ticket sales, Newsletter sign-up report, and Account overview export
Sales Tracker:The Sales Tracker is a powerful tool that allows users to keep track of sales figures in real time.Read more her
Upsell & Addons: This feature allows you to offer additional products or services.You can create add-ons at the account level and activate them at the event level.Read more here
Payment methods: Here you can enable or disable the different payment methods. The settings you enable will apply to future events. You can also choose to enable e-invoicing for your event. Reade more here and here
Payouts & Receipts: Here you fill in your bank details. European laws requires companies to include their VAT number for tax purposes, if you are exempt then please check that box. If you are an individual this is not required. You can also set a payout reference per event. Read more here
