How do I add or update my bank information details?

 
To pay out your event, Billetto needs your bank details. Event payouts are usually paid out on Mondays or Thursdays, and 3-5 working days after the event.
 
To add or update your bank and company details, simply login to your Billetto account and:
  • Click Menu then Account;
  • Then click on Payout Details;
  • Add or edit Bank information;
  • Click on Update your banking information.

European laws requires companies to include their VAT number for tax purposes, if you are exempt then please check that box. If you are an individual this is not required.

The address provided will be shown on the receipts for ticketbuyers buying from you.

 

Your address and company information will be provided on the VAT invoices that ticket buyers receive. It is your responsibility that they are valid

 

NOTE: if you have not published an event yet, you won't be able to see the Account Overview as this is limited to organiser profiles.
