      Collecting newsletter opt-ins that are GDPR compliant

      Our platform will automatically allow you to ask for consent from your ticket buyers so you can contact them regarding additional events/newsletters/etc.

      The option for ticket buyer will appear as shown below during the purchase flow:

      This information will then be included in the Guestlist & Reports section. Request the "Newsletter Sign-ups" report alternatively if you wish to get it for your whole account it can be found by going to My Account -> Sales -> Newsletter Sign up. From there you can pull the individuals who have opted in to your newsletter or email list!
