Klarna on Billetto

Only available for organisers in Denmark, Norway, Sweden.


With Klarna it is possible to pay with an invoice and pay the ticket price later.

Klarna is NOT automatically activated for your events. You are able to enable this payment option either on the event level or account level (more information below)

The payment method is an additional service that is charged to the organiser. This fee cannot be passed on to Ticket buyers due to EU regulations.  

This cost is automatically deducted from your ticket revenue before the payout.

3.5% + 5.90 kr per order (ex VAT)

 

You can see your Klarna fees under the Sales overview at your event. Instructions below:

  • Find your event under My Billetto;
  • Click Manage;
  • Under Sales overview, you can see Transaction costs which show the Klarna cost

 

To enable Klarna as a payment method for an individual event:

  • Go to your event under My Billetto;
  • Click Manage on the current event;
  • Click Design & Customisation in the menu on the left;
  • Click Payment method;
  • Enable Payments with Klarna;

 

To enable Klarna as a payment method for your entire account:

  • Go to Manage;
  • Select Finance;
  • Click Payment methods;
  • Enable Payments with Klarna.
