Do you have extra information you would like to send out to your ticket buyers (A secret venue location, some additional venue rules, or any other additional information?)
You can add this information to the order confirmation email sent out to the ticket buyers after purchase.
- Go to My Events & click Manage on the event you'd like to enable this feature for;
- Scroll to Customisations & Design on the left-side menu;
- Click Tickets & Orders;
- Add your additional information in the Custom text order confirmation email field. This can include text/links or videos;
- Check the box Include on the order confirmation page if you wish for this information to also show once a ticket has been purchased.
Once you've saved this it will appear on the ticket buyer's confirmation email which has their receipt and ticket attached. Below are the two locations it can appear, Firstly on the order confirmation email:
