Search across all your events for orders and tickets

It is possible to manage, search and filter all your orders across your account. Whether you have a recurring event and want to find which timeslot a ticket buyer is attending, or quickly refund an order this can all be done from our Account level Manage Orders/Tickets.

To visit this section:

• Click on Manage;
• Select Attendees;
• Here you can filter and search on the criteria or choose;
• Once you have found the result you want click on details on the right hand side;
• You can now refund, cancel and view details on this ticket/order.
