Can I use a regular printer when selling from a computer?

You can connect a regular printer to your computer in order to print tickets when selling tickets for your event from a computer. You need to set up this setting before you start selling tickets via our door sales feature on a computer.

Follow the guide below, which explains how to do this. Once completed, you will be able to print tickets when selling them to customers.

1. Log in to your Billetto profile
2. Click on My Billetto
3. Click Manage on the event
4. Click On site on the left-hand side
5. Then click Door sales
6. Find the field that looks like this:

1. Click the oval button so that it changes from grey to blue.
2. You can now print A4 tickets when selling tickets at the door via computer.

Note: It may be a good idea to do a test before you begin selling tickets. Sell a ticket to yourself to make sure the printer and computer are set up correctly. This way, everything will be ready before you start selling tickets for the event.
