How do I cancel my membership?

Note: you must take into consideration that the organiser has a commitment and/or cancellation period that must be met before the membership can be canceled. In case organiser has a such policy in place, your membership payments will continue normally until the conditions are met.

To can cancel your membership:

Login to your Billetto account;
Go to ''My memberships'';
Click ''Details'' next to the membership;
Click ''Unsubscribe''.

Your cancellation of membership will begin. If you are outside the commitment and cancellation period, you will be unsubscribed the following month. If you are within the period, you will only be deregistered and your payments will stop once this period has elapsed.

If you have missed the period, please contact the organiser who will inform you how to proceed.

If you have problems unsubscribing, you can also ask the organiser to help you with the unsubscription process, if this is approved by them.
