With Billetto Prepayment, powered by Adyen, one of Europe’s leading payment providers, organisers get a more flexible and predictable cash flow — making it easier to focus on creating great events.

Flexible payout options

Your balance becomes available 2 business days after ticket sales are completed and is paid out according to your selected payout schedule.

During an initial 2-week onboarding period, Adyen applies a temporary settlement delay, and payouts are typically available 5 business days after the order date.

Important reserve information

When organisers process more than €3 million in total sales within a rolling 29-day period, Adyen may apply a temporary 10% reserve for 160 days.
