Organiser Menu

Navigation Menu Overview

When you log in to Billetto as an organiser, you’ll see a menu on the left-hand side. This menu includes:

  • Home

  • My Billetto

  • Sell

  • Promote

  • Manage

At the bottom of the page, you’ll find an Organiser menu. Click on this to open two options:

  • Organiser Settings

  • Help & Support

Organiser Settings

Select Organiser Settings to access your account. Here, you can manage your personal settings, including:

  • Settings – Set up your Billetto login details, including passwords or Facebook/Google login.

  • My Data – Review your saved data (credit cards, addresses, etc.).

  • Email Preferences – Choose how and which emails Billetto contacts you with. Stay informed about upcoming features, current tools, and helpful tips & tricks.

  • Log Out – Log out of your Billetto account.

Help & Support

In the Help & Support menu, you can quickly access:

  • Support Centre – Browse help articles and guides.

  • Contact Support – Reach out directly to the Billetto support team.

  • Submit Feedback – Share your ideas or report issues.

  • Refer a Friend – Invite others to join Billetto.

At the very bottom of the page, you also have the option to switch to ticket buyer view.
