Knowing your audience is more than just tracking ticket sales — it’s about building meaningful connections with the people who support your events. With Audiences, you can discover exactly who your fans are and use that insight to create loyalty and long-term engagement.

With Audiences, you can see exactly who engages with your events and use that insight to create stronger connections.

You can also create your own custom audiences, offer loyalty discounts, and start building a dedicated community around your events.

Search Options

Search within your audience data by:

  • Transactionel – find buyers based on purchase history
  • Marketing – search by marketing interactions
  • Holder – see current ticket holders
  • Follower – find people following your profile
  • You can search across all events or focus on specific events for a more detailed view.

How to Filter Your Audiences

Filter your data by:

  • Statistics – performance and attendance numbers

  • Maps – see where your attendees are located

  • Segments – divide your audience into defined groups

  • Lists – view specific lists of attendees

Your Top 20 Attendees

  • Total Contacts
    See how this group compares to your overall audience in size and reach.

  • Average Order Value
    Understand how much each contact in this group spends on average.

  • Average Age
    Get a clear overview of the age profile within this segment.

  • Average Age (Men)
    View the average age specifically for male participants.

  • Average Age (Women)
    View the average age specifically for female participants.

Permissions: you can see send email campaign to ticket byers that has accepted marketing fro you. Just click on the 3 dots and click send email

Shows: Name, Age, Gender, Revenue, Deals, Phone Number, Interests, Activity.

You can filter and export the list. If you choose to filter the list, a menu will appear on the left where you can select the filters for the information you want.
