Sell your Billetto tickets safely with TicketSwap

If you can’t attend an event, you can now sell your Billetto tickets directly from your Billetto Wallet through TicketSwap — the world’s most trusted fan-to-fan resale platform.

With this new integration, resale is simple, secure, and fully verified — keeping both you and your buyers protected.

How it works

  1. Go to your Billetto Wallet and find the ticket you want to sell.

  2. Click on Options, then select “Sell your ticket on TicketSwap.”

  3. Create or log in to your TicketSwap account. Your ticket will automatically be listed with all event details.

  4. Once your ticket has been sold, the original ticket is invalidated, and the buyer receives a new, verified ticket through TicketSwap’s SecureSwap system.

  5. Your payment will be transferred directly to your connected payout account within five business days.

Fees

When will you’ll get paid?

  • Payouts are sent within five working days after your ticket is sold.

  • You can check your payout status anytime under Account → Payouts in your TicketSwap profile.

Which tickets can I sell?

You can sell:

  • Regular Billetto e-tickets

  • PDF tickets uploaded directly

All tickets are automatically verified through Billetto and TicketSwap’s SecureSwap system.

⚠️ You cannot sell screenshots or invalidated tickets.
Every resale creates a new, secure barcode for the buyer, ensuring the ticket is valid.

Manage or update your listings

You can manage your listings anytime under My Tickets → Listings in your TicketSwap profile.
Here, you can:

  • Edit your price

  • Pause or remove listings

  • Track payouts
