Get More Insights with Billetto Reports
Under Manage → Finance → Reports, you’ll find a range of reports that help you track ticket sales, manage newsletter sign-ups, and keep an overview of your event finances.
Time Based Ticket Sales
Get a simplified overview of ticket sales across multiple events. Select a start and end date to generate a detailed report of all events with ticket sales during the selected period.
Newsletter Sign Up Report
Download a list of attendees who have consented to receive newsletters. The report can be exported in XLS or CSV format and used for further communication with your customers.
Transaction Reports
Set up automatic email notifications for new ticket sales. You can choose how often the report should be sent:
- Daily
- Weekly
- Monthly
- Per transaction
Reports are automatically delivered to the selected recipients.
Account Daily Sales Report
Receive a recurring report containing dedicated Web and POS orders. You can select recipients and a start date, after which the report will be sent automatically.
Accounting Report
This report makes bookkeeping and reconciliation of your event finances easier.
The report provides a complete financial overview of the events included in the selected period, making it easier to reconcile revenue and accounting records.
With the Accounting Report, you get:
- A complete financial overview of your events
- Revenue broken down by ticket and add-on types
- Support for multiple VAT rates
- An overview of revenue from different sales channels
- A format that is easy to use for bookkeeping and reconciliation
The report is structured in a format that can easily be copied directly into accounting and financial systems. To support standard bookkeeping practices, revenue is displayed as negative entries and costs as positive entries, making reconciliation and further processing in accounting systems simpler.
To generate the report, select a start date, end date, and the email address where the report should be sent.
Accounting Report (Order Date)
Enter a start and end date to generate a detailed accounting report. The report includes all orders with a created time within the selected date range.
Example: Selecting 01-01-2026 to 28-02-2026 will generate a report for all orders placed in January and February 2026.
Account Overview Export
Get an overview of all your events broken down by ticket type. The report can be generated for a selected period or for all time and provides a quick overview of sales across your events.
