Types of SMS You Can Send

Billetto supports two distinct types of SMS messages to suit your specific communication needs:

  • Monthly Message Limit: Organizers can send up to 150 SMS messages per month if unverified and up to 5,000 messages if verified. This limit is customizable by admins depending on your account type and activity.
  • Campaign Limit: Organizers can run 1 SMS campaign every 7 days by default. This limit is also customizable depending on your needs.

Understanding Your Monthly SMS Limit

Each month, you are given a set number of SMS messages that can be sent to your audience. This limit helps ensure that all communications are targeted and impactful.

For example:

  • If your monthly limit is 500 messages and you send an Event Notification to 150 people, followed by a Remarketing message to 200 people, you’ll have 150 SMS messages left for the month.
