Order Notes - Custom messages to keep track
Overview: The "Order Notes" feature is a new tool available on Billetto that enables organisers to add custom text notes to orders within the platform. These notes are also visible in any reports that you download. This feature is designed to enhance communication and record-keeping for event organisers, ensuring all relevant details about an order are easily accessible and transparent to all team members.
How It Works:
-
Adding Notes:
- When viewing an order in the Billetto platform, you'll find an option to add a note directly associated with that specific order.
- Simply click on the 'Add Note' button and enter your text.
- Once saved, the note will be visible to anyone accessing the order details.
-
Visibility:
- Order notes are visible within the order details on the platform.
- When you download order reports, these notes will be included, allowing for seamless offline access and reference.
Use Cases:
- Special Requirements: If a customer contacts you with specific needs such as accessibility requests or dietary restrictions, you can note these directly on their order for easy reference by all staff members.
- Internal Communication: Use order notes to communicate important information about an order to your team, such as special instructions for setup or customer preferences.
Benefits:
- Improved Communication: Keep all staff up to date with customer needs and special instructions, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
- Efficient Record-Keeping: Easily track specific details and exceptions tied to individual orders, which is particularly useful for post-event analysis and customer service follow-ups.
Getting Started: To begin using "Order Notes," log into your Billetto account, navigate to the Event and visit Attendees -> Manage Orders, Click on the specific order you want to annotate, and view the bottom of the page with the note field. It's that simple!
