How do I contact the organiser?
If you have a question about an event, you should contact the organiser directly.
The organiser is best placed to answer questions about the event, as Billetto only manages ticket sales and therefore does not have access to practical information about the event.
This also applies if you have a companion card and would like to know whether your companion can attend free of charge.
How to contact the organiser
If you have purchased a ticket
You can reply directly to your order confirmation email or contact the organiser using the email address included in your order confirmation.
You can also contact the organiser through your ticket in Billetto Wallet, if you are logged in to Billetto:
- Open the ticket for the event you have a question about.
- Click More.
- Select Contact organiser.
- Complete the contact form.
If you have not purchased a ticket yet
You can contact the organiser from the event page on Billetto by clicking Contact in the organiser section.
