Graphs

Below is the graph displaying your revenue over time, with a breakdown between Billetto Advertising and everything else. Data in the future is Billetto's prediction for your event, this is marked in a lighter colour. By default, the time frame shown is the last 30 days but you can choose to specify a larger time period for a more detailed graph.

More detailed data

If you would like to see where individual orders originate from, you can find this information in the detailed guest list under the Source and Medium columns on the far right. Alternatively, go to your event and navigate to Attendees → Order Management, then select Details next to the relevant order. Or through our APIs. This gives you the source/medium for every order/transaction. All this data is internal and we do not rely on any third parties.

Note: For this reason, you will not see this information in the attendee statistics for your event. It is only available through the locations mentioned above, as the attendee statistics are based solely on Google Analytics data.

Source describes where the traffic originated. If it shows Billetto Advertising (promotion), the sale was generated by Billetto through one of our marketing channels, such as social media, search, email campaigns, newsletters, recommendation widgets, or another specific source that directed traffic to your event.

Medium describes the type of channel that drove the traffic. This could include paid advertising, email, recommendations (the recommendation widgets on our website), search (the search function on our website), or referral (traffic coming directly from another website). In referral cases, if UTM tags (tracking parameters) have not been used, we cannot determine the exact referring source.

NOTE: this promotion data is only collected from 27th May 2021 and onwards, any sales or views before this date will not be included.
