Easy Discounts for Audiences

Introduction

Within the new audiences page we've made it easy for you to reward your most loyal patrons.


Overview of Features

  1. Audience Definitions: Understand your attendees better with our clear segment definitions:

    • Followers: Someone who follows your account, without consideration of their purchasing patterns.
    • Fans: Attendees of more than one event. They can also be followers and/or super fans, but not one-time buyers.
    • Super Fans: A special category of fans, who can also be followers.
    • One-Time Buyers: Attendees who've been to just one event. They can't be fans or super fans, but can be followers.
  2. Quick Discount Campaigns: Effortlessly set up discount campaigns for specific audience groups across your events. Two clicks, and it's done.


Using the Audiences Page

Setting Up Discounts:

  1. On the Audiences Page navigate to the left side of the screen.
  2. Find and click the toggle to activate discounts for the audience group of your choice
    1. Click the Edit Icon if you wish to adjust the percentage discount
  3. A prompt will ask if how you want to limit the discount usage per ticket buyer
    • Once per event encourages your customers to explore your broader range of offerings and provides them with ongoing loyalty rewards.
    • Once across all events enables you to provide a one-time promotional discount, but it restricts the usage to just one time per user, ensuring a limited-time special offer.

Redeeming Discounts:

Your customers have a seamless experience with discounts. All they need to do is log into their Billetto account when making a purchase, and the applicable discount will be automatically applied!

Managing Campaigns for Specific Events:

  1. Visit the specific event's page.
  2. Navigate to the event campaigns section.
  3. Find the campaign you wish to manage and click "Pause" if you don't want it active for that event.

Accessing the Audiences Page:

  1. Click on the "Promote" option in your account.
  2. From the dropdown, choose "Audiences."

Recommendations:

To make the most of these new features:

  • Send out marketing mailers to your audience segments, informing them of the newly available discounts and encouraging their continued participation in your events.
  • Regularly monitor your audience distribution to adapt and refine your event and marketing strategies.
