Billetto offers both  Event Addons and Account Wide addons.

This article is focused on Event Addons.

Unlike account-wide addons, these are tailored to the unique aspects of each event, providing a custom experience for attendees. This guide will walk you through the process of setting up and managing event-specific addons.

 

Step 1: Navigating to the Addon Section

To create an addon for your event, start by logging into your Billetto account.

  1. Go to My Events
  2. Manage
  3. Edit
  4. Ticket Types

Step 2: Viewing and Managing Existing Addons

To view your addons, you can do this within Manage Tickets and filtering on the specific addon type.

  1. Attendees
  2. Manage Tickets

Step 3: Creating a New Event-Specific Addon

To add a new addon for an event, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the option to "Create New Addon."
  2. Fill in the details of the addon, such as its name, description, optionally a ticket image
  3. Define the quantity available for this addon, ensuring it aligns with your event's scale and inventory capacity.
  4. Set the pricing

Special Billing Note

Please note that Billetto Advertising fees are not applicable to addons. This exemption helps you manage costs more effectively. Billetto Fees for Addon will just be the percentage no flat fee.
