Multiple users/roles under one shared account

It is possible to assign different user roles to a Billetto organiser account. This is useful if, for example, certain users should have limited access to specific parts of the system. Below, you will find an overview of the different roles that can be assigned, as well as instructions on how to assign and manage them.

The following roles can be assigned to a user:

  • Administrator Has full access to all areas of the account, including user role management and bank details.

  • Financial Manager Has access to bank details and most areas of the account, but cannot manage user roles.

  • Employee Has access to most areas related to event management but cannot edit bank details or manage other users' roles.

  • Custom Role Allows you to choose exactly which permissions and areas of access the user should have.

Assign a Role

  1. Log in to Billetto.
  2. Click Manage.
  3. Click Team.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Enter the name and email address of the person who should be assigned a role. (You can only create a role using an email address that is not already associated with another Billetto account. If the email address is already in use, you will receive a notification.)
  6. Select the appropriate role and click Save.

The added user will receive an email allowing them to create their own password.

Edit or Remove a Role

  1. Log in to Billetto.
  2. Click Manage.
  3. Click Team.
  4. Find the user you want to edit or remove.
  5. Click either Edit or Remove next to the user. Please note that if you remove a user, they will no longer have access to the organiser profile.
  6. Click Save when you have finished editing.

The user's role will then be updated or removed.
