I did not receive my refund. What should I do?

Refunds can take up to 5 working days, but in some cases, it takes approximately 5 days. If you have requested a refund less than 5 days ago, it is most likely still making its way through to your bank account.

 

If it is now more than 5 working days since your refund should have been processed, we recommend double-checking your bank account going as far back in your statement as your original purchase, as many banks group refunds with original purchases. 

 

You should also be aware, that unless otherwise specified, your refund will not include booking online card transaction fees or any additional services you may have included in your original purchase, such as Booking Protection or SMS confirmation.
