You may be wondering how you can transfer your ticket(s) to a friend, in which case, you've stumbled across a very useful guide that will help you to do so.
Step 1
The first thing you'll need to do is to log into your Billetto account, and then click on My Tickets in the top right of the screen
Step 2
Scroll down until you find the ticket you would like to transfer and then click 'Details'.
Step 3
Tick off the tickets you would like to transfer & click "Transfer" on top-right corner
Step 4
Add the name & email address of the friend you'd like to transfer the tickets to. Double-check the email address to make sure that the ticket is sent to the right person. Click "Transfer".
Your friend will be sent an email with a copy of the ticket in it.
They can also find the electronic copy of their ticket in their Billetto account. If they don't have a Billetto account - they can create one using the email address you have entered for them when making the transfer, and they will find the electronic ticket in their Billetto account after the registration.
NOTE: A Transfer of tickets will invalidate your barcode of the original ticket. Your friend will now have the functioning ticket
