How do I delete my Billetto account (organiser)?

If you would like to delete your account, you must first log in to your Billetto account and then follow the steps below:

  1. Click the small square with your account name in the bottom-left corner.
  2. Click Account.
  3. Scroll down to the Login section and select Delete Account.
  4. You will be asked to confirm your request by entering your password.

If you do not remember your password, you can reset it here.

Once you have requested the deletion of your Billetto account, it may take up to 30 days for us to process your request. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your request, and another email once your account has been deleted.

NOTE: It is not possible to delete an account while you have a live event. Please cancel any active events before requesting account deletion. It is currently not possible to delete your account through our app. Please use the website on either a mobile device or a computer.

NOTE: Once you have requested the deletion of your account, you will be automatically logged out of Billetto. You will no longer be able to log in using your email address and password or access your event information.
