      I am registered on the waitlist for the event. How does it work?

      You can join a waitlist when an event is sold out, allowing the organizer to notify you if more tickets become available.

      If you’re on the waitlist for an event, there are two types of waitlists:

      • Daily Waitlist: The system automatically sends an email to everyone on the list when new tickets are released. Tickets are sold on a ‘first come, first served’ basis, so it’s possible the event may be sold out again if you don’t act quickly.

      • Manual Waitlist: The organizer personally contacts individuals on the waitlist when more tickets are released.

      Note: If you’re on an daily waitlist, you will receive email notifications 24 and 48 hours after more tickets become available.
