I'm on the event waitlist. How does it work?

You can join the waitlist for a sold-out event if the organiser has enabled this feature. To join a waitlist, you must be logged in to your Billetto account.

If more tickets become available, you'll be notified.

There are two types of waitlists:

  • Automatic waitlist: Everyone on the waitlist is notified by email when new tickets are released. Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis, so the event may sell out again if you don't book quickly.
  • Manual waitlist: The organiser contacts people on the waitlist directly when more tickets become available.

Note: If you're on an automatic waitlist, you'll receive an email as soon as more tickets become available. You'll also receive reminder emails 24 and 48 hours later, provided tickets are still available.
