The organiser is best placed to help with questions about the event, such as companion tickets, accessibility, and other practical information.

You can reply directly to your order confirmation email or contact the organiser using the email address included in your order confirmation.

You can also contact the organiser through your ticket in Billetto Wallet, if you are logged in to Billetto:
