Where do I find my membership?
You can view your membership(s) when you are logged in to your Billetto account on the mobile app or the browser.
- Login to your Billetto account;
- View ''My tickets'' or ''My memberships''
- Here you will be able to see a list of all your active tickets and /or your memberships;
- Click ''Details'' next to your membership to view more information such as type of membership, date of validity, barcode, cancel your membership, and more. From this page, you can also contact the organiser if you have any questions regarding your membership.
