      How do I update my card details?

      Note: You can only update your card details on the web or mobile browser. It is not yet possible to complete this action through the mobile app.

       

      • Login to your Billetto account;
      • Go to ''My memberships'';
      • Then ''Details'' next to the membership you want to edit; 
      • Then ''Update payment method''.

      Note: If you wish to see the cards associated with your account, you can find them in the ''My data'' box under the menu.
