Smart Links - Share and track sales with affiliate urls

The Smart Links feature allows you to create individual smart links for your affiliates/channels and assign them a unique URL and QR code to share. This feature makes it easy to track sales made by your affiliates and understand the impact of your affiliate marketing efforts.

For example setup a QR code at your venue to sell tickets to other events, or a custom link to track facebook sales.

Create a new affiliate

Visit My Events, Manage on the event you wish create an affiliate on. Visit Promotion & Offers and select Smart Links. Here click on "Create New Smart Link" and fill out the necessary information for the affiliate, such as their name - if you wish to create a custom URL enter a value in Custom Link (optional).  Click Save

Sharing a URL/QR Code

Once you have created a new affiliate, you will be assigned a unique URL and QR code to share with them. This URL and QR code will be used to track sales made by the affiliate/channel. The URL is copiable to clipboard and you can download the qr code in a PNG format if you wish to include on a poster.

Track sales made by the affiliate/channel

You can track the sales made by the affiliate on the same page as you created. Page views show how many times your event page has been viewed when using the smart link and the Sold column shows how many tickets were sold through it. In addition you can download a report with the breakdown of sales made through the affiliates system.
