Why do you need a Billetto account, and what information is required?

You need a Billetto account to create and manage events. You can create an account using the following: 

How to Create a Billetto Account?

• Use your Email address and password.
• Use your Facebook account;
• Use your Google account;
  
  

 As an organiser, your Billetto account helps you raise awareness of your event(s). When a ticket buyer visits your profile page, they will be able to see all the events you are hosting. They can also follow your profile and see other events you create. 

Account and User Settings

To view and update your settings:

• Click on your country Billetto domain ex. billetto.co.uk or billetto.eu
• Then select create an event or log in.
•  Follow the guide that appears, step by step. 

Personal Settings

You can find your personal settings by clicking the small square with the account name in the bottom left-hand corner. You’ll find the personal settings under Account.

This page allows you to update your account email and name. This information is not publicly available to ticket buyers.

The contact email you want the ticket buyers to contact you on is registered on the public profile. Read more about Public profile here

Security

This section allows you to update your existing password, You will need to enter the current password once and your new password twice. If you have created your account with Google/Facebook sign-in, to create a password you must use our reset password link found here.

Connected Accounts

On Billetto you are able to log in via Facebook or Google sign-in. This secure method of authentication is an alternative to an email and password. On this page, you can either connect or disconnect these options.

Payout details

In order to receive a bank transfer of your ticket sales revenue (This is paid out 3-5 working days after the completion of the event), you will also need to enter your bank details. See more here.
