Who is actually organising the event?
It's the organiser.
Billetto is a platform where organisers can create events, sell tickets and manage their events. Billetto is not the organiser and therefore does not have access to all the practical information about the event.
Where can I find information about the organiser?
You can find more information about the organiser in the Organiser section on the event page.
Click the organiser's logo to visit their public profile, where you can see all the events they have created on Billetto.
If you're logged in to Billetto, you can also contact or follow the organiser directly using the Contact and Follow buttons in the Organiser section.

What is the organiser responsible for?
The organiser is responsible for, among other things:
- the number of tickets available
- ticket prices
- the date, time and location of the event
- the event description
- running the event
- the organiser's refund and ticket exchange policy
Is it safe to buy tickets on Billetto?
All organisers who sell tickets through Billetto have accepted our Terms and Conditions.
We continuously monitor the platform to help prevent misuse and protect ticket buyers from fraud.
