- 🛒 "Abandoned Cart" emails. We now automatically send an email to anyone who started to purchase tickets but failed to complete an order (due to technical reasons or changing their mind). The best part: you don't have to set anything up, it's all done by us.
- 📂 Improved "Manage Orders" overview. We've made a tweak to the order overview. You can now filter out "Expired" orders to only view those that completed successfully.
- ✏️ Custom text in order confirmation email. You can now add a custom message to the confirmation email your ticket buyers receive. You can customise it under Manage -> Customisations & Design -> Custom text in order confirmation email.
- 🎟 Streamlined purchase flow. We've given our purchase flow a major facelift. People buying a ticket will now face fewer distractions. The purchase is also broken up into a few smaller steps. Finally, we've made sure that the purchase flow looks great and is easy to complete on any device. The result?
