The first quarter of 2022 has been dedicated to updating the old and introducing new elements to the platform. We have focused on improving the overall user experience for organisers and ticket buyers.
Sales overview & Billetto Advertising
In Q4 of 2021, we have added Billetto Advertising as an optional advertising solution to the platform. This quarter we focused on improving the reporting of Billetto Advertising and have added more data to the sales overview for a better understanding of Billetto acquisition channels. Due to that, you might be missing a few figures from the old sales overview, but they can now be found in the audience insights section.
Improved organiser dashboard
We have cleaned up the look and feel of the organiser dashboard which can be found upon login.
You can now get a quick overview of your sales performance, active and upcoming events, and more. Most importantly, we have added a personalised checklist that allows you to complete your account setup and discover features that will help improve your ticket sales.
Improved ticket buyer experience
We have improved the order confirmation page that ticket buyers receive after placing an order. This is an essential page in the whole ticket buyer journey, as they are able to find their order ID, download the tickets, add events to their calendar, and view any additional information about the event all from one page.
Cancelation of free tickets
We have added an option for the ticket buyers to cancel their free tickets themselves, just in case, they can no longer attend.
However, as an organiser, you are in control until when the tickets can be canceled, or even if you want to allow the possibility of free ticket cancellation. Learn how to manage ticket cancelations here.
Introducing an event success guide
After publishing your event, you will be met with our new event success guide. This page will provide you with the checklist and recommendations on what has to be next, in order to help your event succeed.
Donation to the Danish Refugee Council
As a response to the current events in Europe and the world, we have reflected on our charitable initiative efforts so far and realised that we’d like to do more. The first small step towards this is an introduction of an extra donation option at checkout. At the moment, this donation goes directly to the Danish Refugee Council (an international cause we have supported in the past). Learn more here.
We have made an update to our list of sub-processors in our Terms & Conditions.
