I do not have Booking Protection (insurance)
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
You have two options for reaching out to the organiser on our platform:
- A link to contacting the event organiser can be found on the event page within the Organiser section;
- The organiser's contact information can also be found in the confirmation email.
Remember to include the Order ID (this can be found on your ticket and in the order confirmation mail) in your message, as this will help to process your refund quicker.
I have Booking Protection (insurance)
If you have purchased Booking Protection for your tickets, then you may be able to claim a refund. For more information regarding this, please read here. You have also received a refund insurance informational email in your inbox after purchase.
NOTE: The 7 or 8-digit Order ID (this can be found on your ticket and in the order confirmation mail) is also your Booking Reference Number in this case.
