Why do I need a Billetto account?
Billetto does not require you to create an account before the purchase and offers a guest check-out option by default.
However, once you purchase a ticket on Billetto for the first time, we start creating your account and send you the email with instructions on how to finalise (add a password) your account creation and get access to it.
This is done for all our new users in order to ensure that we can deliver the best service possible. Should you experience any issues with your order, perhaps you have mistyped your email address or deleted the confirmation email with your tickets attached, we can find it on your Billetto Account.
Additionally, you can log into your Billetto profile at any time to download your tickets, should you have misplaced them, as well as see which upcoming events you have booked tickets for or have 'liked' for later. You can also login to our Billetto mobile app to use it at the entrance instead of printing a ticket.
When you create a Billetto account, you will also have a Public Profile, this allows you to be a part of our event community.
If you want to take a more active role in the growing Billetto community you can add a profile image and other details by editing your profile.

Your data is securely stored, and we do not sell or pass your details on to any third parties.
The organiser of the event for which you have purchased your tickets does have access to your name and email address, as they may need to contact you with important information about the event.
Unless you have expressly given permission for the organiser of an event to contact you via email with information about other upcoming events they may be organising, they are not permitted by the GDPR law to do so.
