What is my Billetto account, and what can I use it for?
Why do I need a Billetto account?
You do not need to create a Billetto account before purchasing tickets. By default, you can complete your purchase as a guest without creating an account.
The first time you purchase a ticket on Billetto, an account is automatically created and linked to the email address you used during checkout. We'll then send you an email with instructions on how to set a password and access your account.
Your Billetto account gives you easy access to your tickets and makes it easy to manage your bookings. If you accidentally delete your order confirmation email, you can always find your tickets by logging in to your account. If you enter the wrong email address during checkout, our Customer Support team can help you locate your order and send your tickets to the correct email address.
What can I do with my Billetto account?
When you log in to your Billetto account, you can:
- Access your Wallet, including tickets, memberships, and gift cards
- Download your tickets at any time
- Save and follow events and organisers you're interested in
- Manage your account details and preferences
You can access your tickets through the Billetto app, on your computer, or from your mobile browser.
Your public profile
A public profile is automatically created when your Billetto account is created, allowing you to be part of the Billetto community. You can personalise your profile by adding a profile picture and other details.

Your privacy and data
Your personal data is stored securely, and we do not sell or share your information with third parties.
The organiser of an event for which you have purchased tickets has access to your name and email address, as they may need to contact you with important information about the event. Organisers may only send you marketing communications about future events if you have explicitly given your consent.
