What is my Billetto account, and what can I use it for?
Why do I need a Billetto account?
You do not need to create a Billetto account before purchasing tickets. We offer a guest checkout option by default, allowing you to complete your purchase without creating an account in advance.
When you purchase a ticket on Billetto for the first time, an account is automatically linked to the email address used during checkout. We then send you an email with instructions on how to set a password and access your account.
Having a Billetto account makes it easy to access your tickets and manage your bookings. If you accidentally enter the wrong email address during checkout, delete your order confirmation email, or need help locating a booking, your tickets can still be accessed through your account.
All tickets purchased on Billetto are linked to the account associated with the email address used during checkout, making them easy to access whenever you need them.
What can I do with my Billetto account?
When you log in to your Billetto account, you can:
- Access your Wallet, including tickets, memberships, and gift cards
- Download your tickets at any time
- View your upcoming events
- Save and follow events and organisers that interest you
- Manage your account details and preferences
You can access your tickets through the Billetto app, on your computer, or from your mobile browser.
Your public profile
A public profile is automatically created with your Billetto account, allowing you to be part of the Billetto community. You can personalise your profile by adding a profile picture and other details.

Your privacy and data
Your data is securely stored, and we do not sell or pass your details on to any third parties.
The organiser of the event for which you have purchased your tickets does have access to your name and email address, as they may need to contact you with important information about the event.
