Account Wide Manage Orders/Tickets
Long-awaited feature request. It's now possible to manage your tickets and orders across all your events. Whether you have a recurring event, hundreds of active events, or need to find the order details quickly. You can find this under My account -> Organiser -> Manage Order.
Per Order Email Notification
Want to be notified when you sell a ticket? With our new per order "transaction report," you can set this up per event or account. For more information, see here
Ticket Buyer Campaigns improvements
Ticket buyers, when entering a campaign code, will now see a visual notification of how many times they can use it. This change makes discounts and codes a smoother experience optimising ticket purchases.
What to expect for 2021
Do you offer monthly membership subscriptions? Allowing ticket buyers access to individual events for free or at a discount? We're currently working on a new way for you to manage recurring payments.
Request phone number of ticket buyers during purchase flow
To ease the process for organisers' requirements of having contact details of customers, we will be launching a feature in our Booking Questions requiring ticket buyers to fill out their phone number.
Personalised recommendations for customers
Help ticket buyers find events they're interested in and for you to sell more! From day one, our goal has always been to ultimately change the event ticketing industry, These improvements are a big step in the that direction.
We are pleased to announce that in early 2021 we'll be releasing a public API for organisers. This allows you to connect directly with Billetto to retrieve data on your events. For more information, see here: api.billetto.com
Improved existing functionality and interfaces
After receiving numerous feedback about our platform, we will strive to improve our interface to make it as accessible as possible for all. Additionally, as we've seen an increase in usage of both Booking Questions and Recurring events this year, our team plans on streamlining the experience in terms of creation, management, and ticket buying process.
