Mobile Redesign
With the new changes to other parts of the platform, we're also finalising the Mobile Web redesign.
All your favourite features and options will now be available on the Mobile Web version of the site. We've reorganised the features and redesigned them to be more intuitive and efficient.
Paypal as a Payment Option
Paypal is finally available as a payment option on Billetto. This has been a long-time feature request in Europe.
Our market research shows that people in Germany use Paypal for over 50% of all transactions, while those in Italy do so for around 20% of transactions.
Paypal comes with a 3.4% transaction cost, which we cannot pass on to ticket buyers due to new EU laws. The decision of whether to enable Paypal is yours. Account-wide Transaction Reports
You now have the option to receive a single report with recent transaction information for all of your events. You can set this up to be sent daily, weekly, or monthly. The report contains no personal information, so you are free to send it through to your business partners.
New Account-wide Event Overview
This was another long-requested feature. If you have many events on the platform, you can now review quickly them all in a single place. Simply go to Profile -> Organiser -> Sales. You can filter this information by date and download it.
Emailing Ticket Buyers within Billetto
You can now send out emails to ticket buyers and/or subscribers through Billetto. Looking to let individuals, who have opted into marketing emails from you, about your upcoming event? Now you can. This is found in My Events -> Manage -> Marketing -> Email
